1.  What are different modes of payment accepted on the India Santa site?

We accept Credit card (Master, Visa, American Express), Debit card and Net Banking as mode of payments.

2.  Do you accept all Credit Cards?

We accept Master, Visa, American Express credit cards.

3.   Will you accept my International Credit Card as I stay overseas and want to send a gift to someone in India via your website?

Yes, we accept all Master, Visa and American Express Credit Cards not issues in India as well.

4.  What is 3D Secure password?

This is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the “Verified by Visa” and “MasterCard secure code” services respectively. The 3 D secure card adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online debit/credit card transactions. This password which is created by you is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

5.  I received an SMS that the payment has been debited from my account but the site shows there was an error while making the payment. What should I do?

You should check with your bank as the money has not been received by us. In case of any query you can call our helpdesk at 9821449000 or email us at care@indiasanta.com.

6.  I am unable to make a payment using my credit card. What could the problem be?

Your issuing bank will be in a better position to help you with that query. You could use any other Credit Card or Debit card or your net banking account to complete the purchase.

7.  Do you have cash-on-delivery payment facility?

Oops! Currently we do not have this option. However, you could make an online payments using your credit card, debit card or net banking through our secured payment option.

8.  How do I redeem my gift voucher against an experience or merchandise?

You can visit our website and select the experience you wish to avail in case in you have an India Santa Voucher. Once you select the experience you want from our Select Experience option on www.indiasanta.com. You can enter the voucher code at the time of secured check out to redeem the voucher value. Once you have purchased the experience you can book the experience online at www.indiasanta.com or call our concierge service at 9821449000. In case you already have an Experience Gift Voucher then you can directly can book the experience online at www.indiasanta.com or call our concierge service at 9821449000.

9.  What is the procedure to use “Cash on Delivery”?

Currently we do not offer Cash on delivery service.

10.  Is it possible to change or cancel my order for goods? 

You may change or cancel the order at anytime till the merchandise has been shipped. You will get the credit or refund for the amount which can be used for purchase of any other item. Post the shipping, it will be difficult for us to reverse the order.

11.  Is it possible to change or cancel my order for experiences? 

You may exchange the selected experience at any time prior to the booking of the experience in case of India Santa Voucher as well as the Experience Box. However, once the booking is done it will be difficult for us to reverse the order.

In case of specific experience cancellations or rescheduling the booking will be as per India Santa T&C as well as the service providers T&C specific to the experience.

12.  What is the Concierge Service? How can I avail of it?

14.  Can I personalize my gift/voucher by adding a message, a card etc.?

Sure. Our endeavour is to give you a personalized experience. You can easily type in your message and we will be happy to print it on the voucher. You could also select from our wide array of personalized gift wrapping options.

15.  Will the voucher be gift-wrapped in case I am gifting it to someone?

Yes, in case of experiences, we give you options of Personalised gifts with facility of sending a Personalised message:

• India Santa Gift Box

• India Santa Gift Box accompanied with chocolates.

16.  Is it possible to deliver flowers or a cake along with the gift voucher that I have chosen? We can offer this service thru our associates on special request only in selected cities. You can order this by calling our concierge desk at 9821449000.

17.  What is an e-voucher?

An e-voucher can be gifted or purchased by our customers to enable experiencing or gifting a specific experience. The different forms of e-vouchers are as follows:

  1.  Experience GIFT Voucher: You can select from our wide range of experiences across different categories and gift the voucher to the recipient with a personalized message.
  2.  India Santa Voucher: If you want the recipient to select the experience you can gift an India Santa Voucher of specific denomination alongwith a personalized message.

18.  In case the item I want is out of stock, how long will it take you to get it back?

All our items and experiences are carefully curated to provide a world class experience. In case there is something which you like is currently out of stock you could call our concierge service at 9821449000 or write to us at contact@indiasanta.com. We will be happy to check out if we can source this item on specific demand. We will also be happy to suggest alternatives selected by other customers.

19.  What is the difference between Add to Cart, Add to Wish List & Add to Registry?

Add to Cart:  If you like something and will want to buy but are looking at other items as well, you can select the item by clicking “add to cart” option and continue shopping. Once you have selected all goods or experiences to be purchased you can go to your cart and make a consolidated purchase.

Add to Wish list: You can create your wish list of items or experiences which you like by adding items to your wish list if you do not wish to purchase immediately. Adding to wish list will save you time and effort is selecting the experiences or items later. You can share your wish list with family and friends too.

Add to Registry: We are India’s premier gift registry service and you can add items or experiences to your registry. Once you have completed adding items and experiences to your registry you will be able to share your registry with your family and friends through our unique “Announce Registry” facility.

20.  Is it possible to write a review on an experience / item?

Our endeavour is to bring you world class experiences, which create “Memories for Life”. We will be happy to hear from you on your experiences and reviews of our products and services. We will be grateful if you could just take out a few minutes and write your reviews on our products and experiences. This will help us consistently improve and add more value to our offerings.

21.  Where and how do I write a review on an item/experience?

Please go to the Product Detail page of the item for which you want to write a review. Once you scroll down the page, just after the images, there is a section to write down reviews. It will be featured on the Product Detail page after approval. Click on ‘Review’, you will be prompted to write a review.

22.  Can I save gifts in my shopping cart and purchase them at a later date?

Yes, you can use our “Add to Cart” option for selecting our unique products and experiences but purchase them later in the same session.

23.  I had saved some items in my shopping cart but it is empty. Why has this happened?

Oops ! We understand the pain. Sorry for the inconvenience. Request you to please go to the Quick pick option and select the product or experience again.

24.  Can you help me choose the perfect gift? 

Of course, we would love to do that. You can use our “Gift Selector” to choose the perfect gift for your near and dear ones. You can also add your personalized message or select from our unique gift wrapping solutions to create “Memories for Life”.

25.  Are there any hidden costs apart from the costs mentioned?

No, there are no hidden costs. All costs are available on the website. You only pay for what you see and select.

26.  How do I know whether you have the product/experience I am looking for?

We offer a wide range of products and experiences curated by our team of experts. You can go to ‘Gift Now’ and select the criteria on which to filter the gifts. Alternatively, you can go to Shop Now >Product / Experience page and fill in your various criteria filters.
