India Santa voucher will allow your recipient to pick their favorite gifts from the wide range of personally curated gifts and carefully selected products at www.Indiasanta.com. These Vouchers can be delivered either electronically or delivered physically in our Signature Box or Envelope. You could also send these along with a box of chocolates.

T&C

1. India Santa Gift Vouchers can be selected in any denomination from Rs.250 to Rs.5000.
2. India Santa Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and carry no fees. Validity of these vouchers cannot be extended. Any unused balance shall be forfeited thereafter
3. An India Santa Gift Voucher can be purchased on www.indiasanta.com using the following payment modes only - Credit Card, DebitCard and Net Banking.
4. India Santa Gift Vouchers in multiple denominations can be purchased in single transaction. However, only one voucher can be redeemed in a single transaction.
5. India Santa Vouchers can be redeemed online against all products, experiences and experience boxes listed on www.indiasanta.com only.India Santa Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online against Sellers listed on www.indiasanta.com only
6. India Santa Gift Vouchers can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Voucher. They can be redeemed for a single order only.
7. India Santa Gift Voucher can be redeemed only if the order value is more than or equal to the gift voucher value. The balance amount due can be paid by debit card / credit card or net banking.
8. India Santa Gift Vouchers can not be redeemed for Cash or Credit or buying India Santa Gift Vouchers or any other Gift Card / Voucher at Indiasanta.com. India Santa Gift Vouchers can not be refunded or returned.
9. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Voucher. Indiasanta.com is not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if card is lost, stolen or used without permission. Once the Gift Voucher has been sent to you, you are bound to protect the Gift Voucher number as confidential. In the event of any misuse of Gift Voucher due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser, India Santa shall not be responsible for the same and no refund can be issued.
10. Validity of Gift Voucher cannot be extended, new Gift Voucher cannot be provided against the expired/unused Gift Cards / Vouchers.
11. In the event the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (KYC) details as per Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Indiasanta.com retains the right to cancel the Gift Voucher issued.
12. Indiasanta.com assumes no responsibility for the products purchased using the Gift Voucher and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed.
