1. What is your Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy?
We strive to make your experience with India Santa a memorable one. In case the merchandise received by you is defective/damaged or not in perfect condition, please feel free to return the merchandise within 7 days of delivery. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing the receipt. We will send a replacement within 30 days of receipt of merchandise at no extra cost In case you do not want the merchandise any longer, we can issue a credit note /refund the money for the value of the merchandises returned after deducting shipping /courier cost in case we are bearing the shipping cost.
2. Will you get the product picked?
We offer free courier pickup from the original delivery address at most locations. In case we are not able to do so, we will give you a credit note / refund the normal courier charges. All you need to do is send us a scanned copy of the courier bill
3. How do I initiate return?

In case you feel that the packaging has been tampered at the time of delivery, please do not accept the merchandise and report at 9821449000 before signing the delivery receipt
We do not accept returns of experience vouchers or experience box or India Santa Vouchers once purchased.
In case of cancellation of already booked experience the terms and conditions listed on the website of the partner as well as www.indiasanta.com will apply. 5. How much time will it take you to transfer funds to my account?
In case you choose to cancel the order, it will take us 7-10 business days to initiate the refund process and transfer the funds to your account.
